There is some sort of problem with accessing any issue or subscription. Stay away!

Bello is a beautiful magazine with great fashion photography, fashion news/commentary, and the latest accessories! I initially had trouble accessing it but after I worked with Tech Support they were able to get it working perfectly!

This is a great app. Great magazine. Tech support was amazing and did a great job with questions and answers.

Occasional download errors but just archive-and-download-again will do. Great mag with many strong editorials, tech support Alek is very nice and helpful! Hope future upgrade will include the function to save original-size image.

This Mag is so innovative and ambitious ! Love the articles and content . They always have up and coming actors and amazing photo spreads. Cant wait to see what they do next ! The Hollywood issue was beautiful! I give Bello Mag 5 stars !

Good luck trying to read an issue all the way through without the app crashing incessantly (on original as well as new iPad). This app is a buggy mess.

I love the photography in this magazine. With 12 month subscription, its $1 per issue, you cannot beat that price. I did have difficulty to make the subscription to work the first time, so I sent the email to their support. And I got the response right away and solved the problem for me. At this day and age, customer support is everything.

Content is great; photography is outstanding; but the App itself crashes frequently.

No more crashing, the app works great and makes it much easier to navigate through the content. Two thumbs up! Great sports issue btw!

Love this magazine. Tons of celebrity editorials. Had trouble with the app at first but got help immediately from tech support. Thanks!

After I subscribed, I had problems with it crashing when trying to access the store to download my issues. This seems to have been fixed once the latest issue was released. Now that the problems are resolved, I really love the magazine and the navigation is great. Excellent format and content! But, am only giving it four stars because of initial problems.

Downloaded the app and couldnt get it to download magazines. It kept crashing when I went to download the issues for the first time. I contacted tech support. They responded within 12 hours and let me know the issue was with download limits at my work and to try it at home. It worked great at home and I have had no issues. Thanks!
